Longish run

Comments:
Ran after working at Friendly's all day a little after 5pm. Felt really tired all day and the first mile wasn't that great but after that I felt much better. Went to the college (and saw all the mhc girls walking around and some tye dying tees and I wished I were a student again!!) and ran a lap around the pond. Then went up to the commons then down ferry st to Burnelles marina and McCrays farm. Ran all the way down alvord and took a right up the hill to north main then went by the rotary/ zac's street and went toward the sh public library then up around 116 past the high school then took a right up 33 at the big y intersection and did a very small loop in the woods because i realized how dark it was in there then did a few loops around my side streets until 2 hrs. Felt very good by the end. :) Used the nuun solution again every 15 mins and i carried my little bottle with me and used a choc gel after an hr...I decided I like the shot blocks a lot better. Still trying to decide what I should do about the marathon...it seems lame to carry that little water bottle but at the same time it works so well...
