less sore

Ran from my lakehouse on Lansing Station Road. I had limited time, which was partly my fault, so decided to make this quick run not super easy. My muscles were still sore like yesterday (see yesterday's run), but I was not experiencing the pain that I had felt on that last run. I'll make sure to get back into the regular training mileage given to me in the XC Boys packet; this week was difficult because I just was not feeling well for a few days. I did 51 pushups when I got back, unfortunately no drills because I didn't have enough time. Went in the water too, which felt good. Did some abs (31 leg lifts, 51 crunches) later.
