Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up 2 miles easy
Run a 2 mile tempo at a moderate to hard effort... See if you can hit low 7's for 2 miles
Finish with 2 miles easy cooldown
Let's really see what you can do on the 2 mike.. I know you still might have some junk in your legs from the weekend, but am assuming you will have a couple days off, so feel free to push!
