Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Great to see the team again, even if I did only end up running with Jacob, Ethan (a rising GDS freshman) and some very quiet STA rising freshman. My joints were a bit achey, but no ankle or IT band pain, which is awesome. Looks like 3 weeks of hiking helped my get my functional strength back (fingers crossed). Ran up Mass, then left on Glover. Pace was super easy--perhaps tomorrow I'll run with the longer group then peel back.
