The original workout was 50.... So the run went as follows Ryan's led for 10 minutes and then Yiding and I led. When we hit about 15 minutes jake Parker Ben and Trent left and then 18 min Rahul had neck pains. It just felt everybody didn't feel good today. I felt actually pretty good for about 22 to 23 minutes and then my knee and back tightened a bit so that's why the workout is cut a bit. It was really humid out but I really felt good and feel that this knee problem will go away.
