Another solid run today. Just building my way back up. Did 4 then 5 then 6 the past few days. Every time I went up it felt about the same as the last time and I never felt more pain. Today I went for a few loops in the hotel. I ran at 7:30 today so it wasn't as hot as the past few days which is good. My arch felt a lot better than last time. Some soreness but not as much. I think it was because with my Achilles I was compensating with that foot and landing on it weird and since I tried to take some of that pounding off my Achilles some other part of my foot/leg has to receive it so my arch felt that effect. Finished with drills and foot drills then I stretched. My Achilles was more swollen than normal a few hours after the run, I didn't ice for the past 2 days so that's probably why. I iced a good amount today. Tomorrow is my last day here and I really can't wait to get back and stray running with the guys again. It's been so long since I ran with Neil and Silas. And even longer since last years top 5 got together with Cole included. I'll also be moving about 1-2 weeks after I get back. And I'm thinking about getting a road bike, I know you've been trying to get me to do this for awhile B. I'm also thinking about getting a team meeting after a run where all the top guys are there to discuss training, and the upcoming season and how to prepare correctly mentally and I just want to see what everyone's thoughts are on the upcoming season. Also Evan Whittaker will be running with us a few times next week so make sure to welcome him. That's about it, I'll get an easy run in tomorrow.
