Weather: Humid and hot

Comments:
I know if you look at my other running logs I write it's humid well today was the most humid of all time. It was pretty bad that even Coach lauer even said to modify the workout to 30 minutes it was a great call. I ran with everyone and it felt really good, even with lack of sleep. Also nothing hurt during the run so I'm happy and excited to continue the workouts and to keep on grinding.
