Comments:
2nd threshold of the summer, coming down from 3 min recoveries the week before. Done on the track with fairly strong winds. 90 sec recoveries had about 60 sec of walking and 30 sec of jogging. Jogging part is included below. Legs felt weak, still able to hit the splits.
