Weather: 82 and overcast & nice
Comments:
Ran 8 miles from campus to Phelps Grove. x2 around park and then back to MSU campus. West around downtown and back to Drury Campus. Then ran 4 x 200 w/100 walk between. Ran :33, :34, :33, and :32. 1/2 mile cool down! Felt really good today and wanted to do more but trying to be patient. Feels good to be dong a little more volume and feel good for longer than 3-4 miles.
