WU- 500
Pull - 3x500(10"), first easy, next two steady, simulate Wilmington YMCA race.  7:45, 7:31, 7:36.  The first 500 was very relaxed.  I didn't think about much or focus on anything other than counting laps.  The next two 500's I didn't intentionally put more energy into them, but I focused on finishing the stroke and gliding with a long reach.  
Swim - 8x50(15")(drill/swim).  Practiced the fist and catch up drills
Swim - 4x50(20"). Build to 85%.  I only did 2 of these.  I guess I lost count!
