After Abby and I went climbing, (shoutout to Levi and Jacob who were also there), we met Zeke at Wilson for an aquajog. I figured it wouldnt be bad to give my knee a day without running. Instead of the 3x3min at tempo that I was supposed to do, we did a workout that was 5min@tempo, 3min@5k, 2min@3k, 1min@mile. We did it once without rest and then again with half recovery. My knee still kinda bothered me in the pool so I'm not sure how useful it was from that perspective, but at least I got a workout in. fun to hang out with 2 of my faves/they're actually just the same person.
