Comments:
Cut the workout short because I was feeling light headed. It was really hot out and since I didn't stretch before, I felt tight in my knees. Also being dehydrated didn't help either. Dissapointed in my effort today. Walked for 25 minutes later in the day so I could hit the 55 min for the original workout.
