Comments:
Ran with the Alumni crew at the Bedford MetroPark. Out on the bridle trail for 28 minutes and then back. Felt like we were moving pretty well on the first half; I fell off a bit at the end but probably still sub 7:15. Back was slower for sure and the hills were killing m. Good group stretch/ bull session after we finished in the parking lot... Missed hanging out with those guys but I need to do less talking and more listening. No way to map this one but I'm gonna just conservatively ballpark it at 7
