Comments:

Start with 3 min easy jog
Run 3 min fast (shooting for somewhere in 9 or low 10 pace)
Walk 1 min
Let's do this whole set 4 times for a total of 28 minutes..
Because you have a one min walk at the end of each set, don't be afraid to push the 3 hard as long as the first 3 are easy!
