Comments:
2 miles up, 8x klick, 5xquarter, w/ 30 seconds rest. Measured a loop around the Northwest side of the park that is a little bit net downhill so #1,3,5,7 were slightly downhill and 2,4,6,8 were slight uphill.

1 mile cooldown. Long A1's are rough for me, it is a good thing I didn't do it with Kaleb or I would probably have bonked.
