Ran with jake, but didn't really feel good today. My legs were drained and we took the run a little lighter because of the hill workout tomorrow. I felt dehydrated during the run and felt tired often. Also didn't have much mental toughness for today's run to keep me going. But I won't be able to run from Tuesday- Friday because I'll be at a sleep away camp.......
