Week of the 18th: 40+ mile, be more focused on core as well as the usual push ups. Begin striders
Week of the 25th: 45 miles. tempo or fartlek at least once. Maybe a long run
Week of Aug 1st: 35-40 miles. Some 300s on a track?
Week of Aug 8th: 45+. There should be a long run and repeat 800s
Week of Aug 15: maybe peak at 50? A tempo
Week of Aug 22: camp. See what happens. Hopefully some fartlek
Week of August 29: light week in preparation for Goat alumni run that Saturday. Some light turnover work early in the week.
