Stop RVP: Long Run Edition

Comments:
This long run felt pretty amazing. I started off a bit ambitious and even passed the female cross country team at mile 3. My pace started to stagger between 6:30s and 6:40s towards the middle and to the end, but it felt super smooth. Towards mile 11, it was pretty brutal to the finish, but I survived. I ran passed Hawk Island, so most of my run was in shade despite the low 80 temperatures. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow, but I'm happy to complete my best long run to date!
