Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was dreading this run before it started. It was 97 degrees outside and I ended up going around 12:30, so the sun was awful. About 10 minutes in I wanted to turn around, but I forced myself to keep going. The pace was pretty slow and my legs felt really heavy, but I managed to do my longest run of the summer. So yay I guess. Also lifted in the morning for about an hour.
