woke up at 6:10 intending to join Rhianna and Anthony. unfortunately my foot was bothering me from rolling my ankle a couple times yesterday. It's no big deal and it's already way better, but I realized I was adjusting my stride to compensate for it and I didn't want to create a new injury over a couple of rolled ankles. I planned to wake back up at 7 to go swim before my drs appt but when that alarm went off, I had absolutely no motivation to get up. I instead swam after my drs appt but I didn't have a ton of time so it ended up being only 25 min. Climbed after with abby and zeke. Drs. appt was pretty unremarkable. Essentially he said continue with what you're doing and be cautious. So glad my parents spent money on that useful advice.
