Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met Isabel at 9:15 (convinced myself I was wrong and it was 10:15 as I ran to meet her) and we went for a nice run. Breathing acted up some and legs felt a little tired but company made up for it. Tomorrow is gonna be light hopefully since my knee is bugging me a bit.
After falling asleep on the couch and procrastinating, I finally made it to the gym to do a workout of my own invention since I'm getting tired of Jessie's workouts. Honestly the real reason I made it to the gym is because the CVS nearby is the only place I can find the nut butter filled cliff bars.
3 sets:
30 x incline med ball (weight was faded) sit ups
40 sec flutter kicks
20 push ups
15 assisted pull ups
30 clams ES
Also did my PT exercises.
