Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Played basketball for two hours at YMCA in Maine, then ran two miles on the indoor track there. Afterwards, I did abs (30 leg lifts, 150 total cherry-pickers), some plyometrics, jump-roping, and 51 push-ups. I will go for another run shortly.
