Comments:
hill workout again. went to the meadow instead of mayfield to work on form supposedly, ran with kurt, drew, and grese. 8 short loops, then ran to the outdoor track to do 40's, 30's and 20's working on form again. alright workout, though i was pretty toasted all day from not sleeping much, gotta make sure i get to bed early when i work in the morning.
