Comments:
Worst I have ever felt. My right leg was so tight and numb. My back was so tight and painful too. I could barely walk. Right leg was stick and ankle would barely bend, like a peg leg. Walked home .5 mile. I think I need to lose weight before I get into running, Walk more. Also start slower and easy into it.
