Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ok I want you to start with 2 minutes of ver easy and slow jogging
Then pick up pace for 2 minutes to about 90% effort... If I had to guess, maybe a 10:30 to 11:30 min pace
Then walk for 2 minutes.

So basically think of the cycle as
2 min jog
2 min faster run
2 min walk


Repeat this 6 min cycle 4 times for a total of 5 sets which equals 30 minutes...
