Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4 miles .... But would like you to pick it up the last .1 of each mile. So at .9 to 1.0 miles, run maybe 5k ish race pace and then back to regular pace until you hit 1.9 miles, 2.9 miles and so on...
LMK if this makes sense...you have to keep an eye on the GPS for this one!!!
