Comments:
*felt great! Great day for a run, was really having to throttle back on the slower parts. towards the end though my body (maybe more my brain) kept wanting to slow down and even walk lol...also forgot to push the lap at the end of the first 10 mins
Ok not necessarily worried about mielage on this one,
But let's run 10 min super easy(maybe mid 11's as far as pace)
Run 10 min a bit harder effort(maybe low 11's)
Run 10 min pretty fast looking for a hard effort but not all out( anywhere in 10's )
1 min walk
5 min cooldown easy run
