Comments:
*I hate 800's!!! the 4th interval was inside on the treadmill..it was too hot and all uphill where I was running and I just couldn't do another outside...the first one I took off way too fast and my arms went numb and I hated life...tried to start more steady on the others...I really gotta work on focusing on staying even I guess

Will either be a tempo run or a Fartlek!
