Comments:
First day back was a success. I felt sore from coming back to running again, but the Achilles felt fine. Like Silas was telling met here will be soreness in coming back you just have to go through it. Just did a cass park today. Went down a little later at night to avoid the heat but before the sun was completely down. Still playing this injury process smart. I know overall it's gonna be a process so I just gotta be dedicated to doing what I have to do to make it better whether that means stretching or icing of getting sleep. Gonna be logging a little less from now on so I can get it up there on time every time. Goal for this week is 30 miles and aqua jogging on my off days.
