Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to STA and met and ran with a new GDS freshmen (blanking on her name) which was fun. We only ran for 7.5 minutes because it was her first run EVER!!!! but that was fine because my shins were hurting, so after I went and ellipticalled for 15 minutes in the weight room where there were intimidating guys doing scary things with weights--kinda felt like the GDS weight room. :) I was bored on the elliptical, so I made it kinda a workout--changed the level every minute: 10,5,9,4,8,3,7,2,6,1. I guess I did some for 2 minutes by accident because it was 15 overall. Did a bunch of strength after but I don't really remember what.
