Weather: hot and sunny
Comments:
first we went for a warmup. then coach told us to do 5-7 1200 intervals with 4 and a half min brakes in between. i went with the varsity guys. all of us did at least 5. a few dropped off there. then after the sixth one cedric dropped off. now it was only brendon, alec, ryan, and i. we finished up the seventh and then did a cooldown.after i got home i did an ice bath
