Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I lifted for a little over an hour. Then managed to run on the treadmill for a bit. I don't remember my time exactly, but it was a high 15. I really don't like the treadmill and was also short on time, so I stopped pretty quickly. I then did 7 minutes of stair master, which was much harder than it looks.
