Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did tempo 1000s today just to get prepped for the race..didn't want to do anything too strenuous because I want to try to beat Buchanan tomorrow and stay as close as I can to Colin. I am thinking of taking my race out not too quick but being close to the lead pack at the first mile maybe 5:15 and then going to catch up from there and just stay with Chris and Colin and just see what happens. I know it is a lot easier to run with somebody especially when you are feeling poorly so if I can get up with them not too long after the mile, which is where my race falls apart, then I should be able to stay with them and then go with Colin at the 2 mile or even right after we get off the hill and go all out the last 800. I can use my kick to my advantage but I can't be too far back because I can't rely on it. My knees hurt a little and I had a few little cramps but I know I can figure it all out for the race and race hard for 16 minutes.
