Comments:
i was feeling tight when we were doing the run there.
But after we did our warm-ups i felt great! I didn't realize how important they were!
My first one was confusing because i wasn't sure where all the bricks were, but i got it figured out!
Then they were great, but hard!
gotta love the hard days! Haha
I'm feeling so much better at running. The Silverwood trip is like a perfect pick me up!
Haha or something like that. It just makes running fun again. Haha I dont know how to explain it!

I have TONS of homework to do so i better get to it!
