The really sad thing is that I've now used a sad face as my title twice
Decided it was kind of pointless to go to STA today if I was just going to x-train, so I aqua jogged for 10 minutes until it thundered and then biked for 30 minutes. Did extra strength too. I leave tomorrow for a 3 week new england vacation, so I really hope I'll be able to run because it should be really nice weather and I also don't know what my x-training abilities will be.

STA planks (20 seconds per), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions), Side leg lifts (20)
