Weather: 73 and humid
Comments:
This was a very hard run. With one mile to go by right Quad got sore and I walked the last 1/2 mile.
I have worked out hard all week. Maybe that's why it was so hard. My watch said recovery would be 44 hours. Usually it's less that 24.
