Comments:
Ran around campus and then up Edgehill to Covenry and back around. Pretty easy day all in all. Short because Yesterday was pertty long. Felt good except my calf was kinda tight from yeaterday. My left hip has been bothering me when I walk after sitting down for a while. It affects my gait walking sometimes but doesn't affect my running at all. I'm going to try to go in tomorrow and talk to Coach about it and some questions about lifting that I have. Looked at some pictures of myself at Sudek today. One had a huge bugger hanging out of my nose! Found out I have a middle distance stride. I'm high off the ground a lot and have a lot of heel return. Coach called my stride "springy" told me to work on lifting my knees higher and being more ecnomical by hugging the ground more. Which I think means shorter strides.
