Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longest run yet. Ran with the team until they split off to 5 mile drive and I just went to cass and the marina cause it was flat and about 6 miles. I did my Achilles exercises before the run today to see it that would help. It felt fine on the run but my bee sting was more swollen than ever and it just felt heavy. The run was going great until the last half mile. I was even pushing the pace just a little so I probably should have chilled it out. But this muscle behind/ beside my knee just started hurting and it even made it tough to run so I just jogged it back and pushed through the pain. Got back and did foot drills abs and stretching then I stretched. At home I rolled, did more excercises and iced everything up.
