Comments:
Went to the fun run and had to decide if I wanted to run today and Aqua jog tomorrow or Aqua jog today and run tomorrow. Decided to go with the second option. Headed down to island and got in a quicker workout. Really pushed it when it was a hard portion to get the most out of the workout.
