Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 mile "Wave" run...

Ok for this run, we are working on changing pace for the 2nd(middle mile)

So if you can try to run the first mile at an easier type pace..maybe around 13:30ish, then we are looking for the 2nd mile to be faster and have as much running as possible maybe 11:45 to 12:15ish if I had to guess?...

Then the 3rd mile is back to the original easier pace.

So I would think of this run as :

1st mile- 75% effort
2nd mile- 90% effort
3rd mile- 75% effort
