Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 70s, overcast, pleasantly mild and low humidity
Comments:
The weather was cooperative, but I still don't feel like a runner. Nearly convinced myself to stop and walk home after 3 minutes of slow, lifeless jogging. Instead, I did leg swings a few stretches 5 minutes in which once again helped a bit. I took another tow "stretching" breaks later in the run which both helped physically and mentally. This run wasn't quite as brutal as the others have been this week, but I can't claim to have enjoyed anything at all about how my body or mind felt. I went through town to Madaket Rd and left on Millbrook took me through to Hummock Pond Rd which I took back through town. Pace probably got under 8:00 miles after the first or second stretch break and it may have even been near 7:30s by the end if I'm not being too optimistic.
