So, my calves were BURNING going up the hill on my way to the rec today. Also, coming down the hill, which usually doesn't hurt. Lifting legs yesterday has made my legs very complain-y. We did arms today. I could actually bench the bar 2 sets of 10 no problem, so Steph added 5 pounds for the last set. And that did me in; I could only do 6 before she had to save me. And now I'm sore.
