Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool, breezy, and sunny

Comments:
Today was the usual trail run, all I did is trails and went up alot of hills. So this can be counted as a hilly run, we initially took it easy but picked up the pace to around sub 7. There were alot of rocks on the downhill so I was really careful but yet again I rolled my ankle...no biggie happens all the time and I'm used to it. It hurt a bit but I'm in a 100% recovered shape, I dont need to take days off or anything, I just cooled it and elevated it. It was a good run.
