Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Still only going flat for now so this is the run I had to do. Not my favorite but it wasn't too bad. Only Ian and Noah were there so they decided to 7 and I was going to do 6 and see if I felt up for 7. I was looking for any pain on the outside of my knee during the run. At first there was a little and then it went away for the rest of the run then came back up with 400 meters left in the run. It hurt to even walk at one point. I found out it's something to do with my IT band. Did stretching and rolling at home afterwards.
