Pool run

Just got in the pool and kept going because it felt good and I was pain free. I wasn't sure if Aqua jogging or swimming would work with the IT thing that I have. So I tried it out and it hurt at first but quickly went away and I couldn't feel anything. Because I was really happy that I could Aqua jog without any pain and get some work in for the day I decided to do a tough workout. I picked up the effort for each rep accordingly because I wanted to slowly push it to make sure I wasn't going too hard and that my IT could take it. By the last 2 reps I was going really hard.
