1,2,3,4,5,4 min with 30 sec recoveries, had to stop at this point because of pain in right hip flexor that started after about the 3rd interval and continued to get worse. Minutes below reflect pool running time(4 min warmup of EZ pool running and actual intervals, not the swim cool down)
