Comments:
I missed 2 days of running from the intense and odd journey from DC. I decided to double today to try and still get miles in. Overall the run felt decent, but it was hot af outside. I was able to maintain a decent pace but the heat was brutal. Hopefully I'll lighten up for part 2 tonight.
