Did this one a little later because it was hot all day.
1.5 mile warmup
2.5 mile tempo(6:18 pace)
800 meter jog
2.5 mile tempo(6:06 pace)
2 mile cooldown.

Felt really good on this one. Didn't feel like I was pushing it at all the last rep and went under 5 minute pace for the last quarter mile. As my new coach says," You can either accept defeat or pursue victory".
