Another day in the pool. Got a great workout in at night. This was probably my best workout yet in terms of pushing myself. The last two reps I was just dogging it out and completely out of breath. Knee is still swollen but didn't hurt when I was Aqua jogging which is a good thing. Abs, hips, stretching, rolling afterwards.
