Got a membership at the YMCA so that I could aqua jog. Turns out they offere tons of free classes if your a member, so I took a yoga class before hand. I wasn't looking forward to aqua jogging at all because I hate getting into cold water. Turns out the pool at the YMCA isn't cold which made the experience much more pleasant. I was expecting it to be really difficult because of reading Jake's logs, but I didn't feel to tired afterwards. I will try again tomorrow and push myself a lot more .
